Accra, Ghana – Alumni of The Modern Preparatory School [MPS] 2015 Batch in the Bono East Region Kintampo North have returned to their alma mater with a mission to give back and inspire current students, donating key learning resources and launching a foundation to support needy but brilliant pupils.
As part of their “Giving Back, Inspiring the Future” initiative, the former students donated a new notice board to the school, organized an educational quiz competition for pupils, and officially launched a foundation aimed at supporting academically talented students who lack financial means.

The initiative, according to the group, reflects their gratitude to the school and their commitment to service and quality education.
“This initiative reflects the true spirit of gratitude, service, and commitment to quality education. Together, we are empowering today’s learners and investing in tomorrow’s leaders,” the 2015 Batch stated.
Speaking at the event, the Proprietor of the school, Mr. Kwaku Effah, together with the school administrators, expressed appreciation to the former students.

He commended them for not neglecting their roots but instead choosing to return and make a positive impact on both current students and the school as a whole.
The quiz competition brought excitement to the classroom as pupils competed for prizes, while the new notice board is expected to improve communication and information sharing within the school.

The newly launched foundation will provide financial and academic support to brilliant but needy students, ensuring that no talented child is left behind due to financial challenges.
The MPS 2015 Batch says they plan to make the donation and mentorship drive an annual activity.
