The inspirational Radio Broadcaster of our time popularly known as Evangelist Kingsley Agyenim Boateng has again donated items worth over Ghc 40,000 to orphans last weekend.
Ardent readers of Flex Newspaper will recollect that, this is not the first time Radio Pastor Kingsley Agyenim Boateng has done this even though his program is still young in the industry. This gem has been able to stampede his foot on the ground in the radio business by using his program to make a lot of impact in the lives of Ghanaians. His program Kasapa Kanea which starts and end at 4am to 5:30 am and Anidaso also in the afternoon from 2pm to 3pm in all the week days have been accepted by all and sundry.
Just last year, we published of him donating so many items to one orphanage home located in Accra Kasoa Bodwiase Road called Good Shepherd Home when his program was just a year old. This time around, the organization to get items for the donations according to him has not been easy at all but with the help of his bosses at EIB, colleagues at Kasapa FM, his programs manager and the listeners of Kasapa 102.5 FM they were able to make all the contributions, making sure this donation becomes fruitful and successful. He told this paper.
Speaking to Agyenim Boateng, he said, they were able to gather a lot of items including Over 40 bags of rice, 26 bags of maize, 7 bags of gari, 76 students mattress, 175 bags of pure water drinks, uncountable soft drinks, over 200 foot wears, dresses, sandals, and shoes for children, 100 sachets of Washing Powder and many other valuable items worth over Ghc40,000 for two orphanage homes Royal Seed Orphanage Home at Papaase Number 2 and Good Shepherd Orphanage Home also located at Kasoa Ofanko. Both orphanage homes were given a Ghc500 each to pay their light bills.
Reports says the beautiful aspect of this donation is that, hundreds of listeners of Kasapa Fm joined the presentation of items to the orphanage homes. ‘’In fact, all Glory be to God for the strength to carry on this project. We are doing this for God and country since this is what God expect of us as people and of cause Christians. I have decided to do this two times in every year, one for orphans and the other for widows. I know with the help of my Bosses at Kasapa FM and the entire EIB network, we will be able to do this. I really appreciate my bosses for the opportunity given me to do what my heart had years yearn to do and a lot of thanks to the listeners of Kasapa 102.5 fm. I entreat them to keep listening to Kasapa, we will never disappoint them. We will make sure we become the mouth piece for the people and hope for Ghana’s broadcast journalism by showing immense professionalism. God bless everybody’’ Agyenim Boateng expressed.
